Chiesi Corporate FunctionsThese are the functions supporting the business: Global HRGlobal Finance, Procurement & ITGroup Legal & Corporate AffairsGlobal Communication & External RelationsTransformationGlobal Strategy, Sustainability and Growth (SSG) Who we are looking forPurposeThe HQ HRIS team is responsible to manage at global level the Group HRIS SystemBeing part of this team, you will manage projects that covers all the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, having contact with colleagues from all over the world - from Australia to Brazil.You will learn to implement solutions to solve day by day issues.Main ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will support the HR function to develop Analytics and the global implementation of the group HRIS.Define projects steps and requirementsUnderstand business needs and define proper solutionsMain Activities will include:Support HR Business Partner in the day by day activities on the Global HRIS (globally)Support the Global HR Center of Expertise in the process definition during the global implementation of the new HRIS.Create reports to support the business and explore possible technology or process improvementsExperience RequiredAny experience with Canva, Sharepoint, HRIS or Business Intellingent tool would represent a plusEducationEconomy, Management Engineering, Computer EngeeneringLanguagesAdvanced knowledge of English (write-reading)Any other languages will be considered a Plus Technical SkillsAdvanced Knowledge of Office Suite (excel and PPT in particular)Soft SkillsAnalytical skillsAdaptability and flexibilityAttention to detailsDigital mindsetProblem solvingTeam workingContract and Benefits6 months internshipMonthly Reimbursement of 1000 EurosFree access to internal canteen for lunch and Meal vouchers for each day of remote activitiesFree shuttle for Chiesi employees from railway station to HQ or free pass for urban public transportWhat we offerYou would join a dynamic, fast-growing, challenging and friendly environment.In Chiesi we firmly believe that our people are our most valuable asset, that is why we invest in continuous training, learning and development.
