TUBIFLEX S.p.A., società della multinazionale Interpump Group, realizza tubi flessibili, compensatori di dilatazione e manichette assemblate in materiali metallici nobili e compositi. I mercati di riferimento sono l'aerospazio, navale, ferroviario, automotive e industrial.

La persona si occuperà di definire le linee guida della progettazione e industrializzazione, sviluppo tecnologico, pre-sales, e di valorizzare i punti di forza dei collaboratori supportandoli e costruendo il loro percorso di crescita. Nello specifico le attività saranno le seguenti:

Garantisce il processo di supporto tecnico alle vendite e sviluppo di soluzioni applicative per i clienti nell'ambito delle attività di avamprogetto; Coordina il processo di sviluppo prodotti e definisce il piano realizzativo di manutenzione e innovazione (road map), sulla base degli obiettivi aziendali, validando la documentazione emessa dal dipartimento; Supporta la Produzione nei processi di industrializzazione, avvio nuove produzioni e assistenza tecnica; Assicura gli standard di qualità durante le fasi di preventivazione, progettazione e industrializzazione; Supporta la costruzione dei documenti relativi al sistema di certificazione (procedure, istruzioni di lavoro, modulistica varia, ecc.); Valuta i propri collaboratori e le loro performance, ne redige i piani di sviluppo delle competenze e opera in prima persona per lo sviluppo delle loro competenze tecniche e comportamentali; Promuove la definizione e la implementazione delle attività di miglioramento continuo sia dei processi tecnici che di tutti i processi aziendali, in sinergia con le altre funzioni; Attività di coordinamento in termini di certificazioni in saldatura. Requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria, preferibilmente di indirizzo Aerospaziale o Meccanico; Esperienza con l'utilizzo di CAD; Sono considerati un plus: la conoscenza dei calcoli strutturali e fluidodinamici con simulazione FEM, conoscenze approfondite di metallurgia dei materiali metallici (acciai Inox, super leghe, ecc.), conoscenze specifiche dei sistemi ("piping") di convogliamento di fluidi in ambito Aeronautico, Navale, Automotive e in generale in ambito industriale; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Ottime capacità di problem solving, orientamento ai risultati ed al team working. Orario di lavoro: Full time;
