**Responsibilities of the role**:
**Sales Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to target and engage top advertising agencies.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts and create customized sales plans.
**Account Management**:
- Manage and grow relationships with key agency partners, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for agency clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions that align with their goals.
**Revenue Growth**:
- Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling AdTech solutions to existing agency clients.
- Identify new business opportunities within agency portfolios and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
**Collaboration & Leadership**:
- Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and delivery of value to agency clients.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
**Market Analysis & Reporting**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AdTech.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to senior management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on agency relationships within the AdTech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, programmatic media buying, and the agency landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
