We do this for clients in all major areas where scientific assessment is used:clinical services (clinical and health psychology, psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry and neuropsychiatry, neuropsychology, speech-language pathology, etc.
);human resources management through Giunti Psychometrics HR consulting (in the fields of industrial and organizational psychology);school and counselling services (educational, work and university consultancy).Giunti Psychometrics commits to offering clients high quality, innovative scientific tools and services meeting the needs of Italian clients and those in a range of other European countries.PosizioneThe candidate will be responsible for supporting and assisting the activities of the global legal department.Main activitiesSupport in the preparation and negotiation of national and international commercial contracts.Support in the management of Intellectual Property issues (trademarks, copyrights, legal opinions and related contracts).Assistance in the management of legal issues according to legislative decree 231/01 and privacy laws.Corporate compliance (drafting of minutes for the Board of Directors, Shareholders' Meetings and proxies).Manage relations with law firms appointed for debt collection activities.Monitor reference regulations.Provide legal support to various corporate functions, including issues concerning public contracts.RequisitiEducation And Work ExperienceLaw degree.Previous experience of 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
Previous experience in medium-sized international contexts will be considered a plus.Competences And SkillsExcellent knowledge of both written and spoken English.
