Cerchiamo un Marketing Manager motivato e creativo, pronto a guidare le nostre strategie di marketing a livello europeo.Responsabilità:Sviluppare e gestire strategie di marketing digitale per aumentare la brand awareness di Bikeflip in Europa.Gestire campagne pubblicitarie su diversi canali (social media, Google Ads, email marketing, influencer marketing).Monitorare i KPI e ottimizzare le performance delle campagne.Collaborare con il team di prodotto per migliorare l'esperienza utente.Gestire collaborazioni con partner, influencer e ambassador.Curare la presenza social e aumentare l'engagement.Ottimizzare la SEO e implementare strategie di content marketing.Requisiti:Laurea in Marketing o equivalente.Esperienza in marketing, preferibilmente in startup.Ottima conoscenza del digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing).Capacità analitiche e di leadership.Passione per le biciclette e la mobilità sostenibile.Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese; altre lingue europee sono un plus.Cosa offriamo:Ambiente di lavoro dinamico e internazionale.Opportunità di crescita in una startup in espansione.Lavoro flessibile (remoto o in ufficio).Stipendio competitivo e benefit.Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pienoSede di lavoro: Di persona#J-18808-Ljbffr
