Mission & Responsibilities The Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising Specialist will play a key role in planning, budgeting and executing Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising programs designed to increase brand awareness, enhance in-store brand visibility, product presence and boost sell out in the Travel Retail channel of Acqua di Parma Europe, across all subchannels (airports, downtown stores, etc).
As part of the Go To Market & Business Development Team, the key responsibilities are:
Contributing to Acqua di Parma Travel Retail Europe roadmap by optimizing the brand equity and ensuring the successful roll out of the innovation plan instore/online to the last meter With a customer-centric mindset, piloting trade marketing initiatives with cross-functional partners (retailers, KAM, Retail Managers, Retail, VM) Be the retail engine in facilitating the Go to Market coordination of TR EU and amplifying key brand messages in all retail touchpoints Contribute to Acqua di Parma's omni experience vision through research and analysis of retail and trends and facilitating best practice sharing to continually elevate market execution for a consistent brand experience Ensure the availability & development of all necessary marketing tools and merchandising elements to maximize promotional plan efficiency (Merchandising, Visuals, Gift with Purchase, Products and Retailers presentation, etc.) Prepare visual merchandising recommendation of all POS in line with HQ guidelines Define planograms per door in line with the assortment and the innovation plan Management of all extra visibility activations (visual changes, podiums, pop-ups, instore animations…) Efficiently plan and monitor POSM volumes & new launches across forecast sessions Processing and analysis sell-out datas Profile Requirements University Degree in business with Marketing and Sales focus A previous experience in Trade Marketing in Fashion/Luxury business, and/or direct retail Ability to teamwork within a dynamic and fast-growing environment Organizational and time management skills Analytical skills and problem-solving attitude Excellent Knowledge of Excel and Power Point Fluent knowledge of English, other languages are a plus
