**Trade & Shopper Marketing Manager**

Creating successful sell out activities developing and implementing trade marketing plans while leading the Trade & Shopper Marketing team in Italy Greece & Israel.

**Your role**:

- This role offers you the opportunity to lead a hybrid team of talented professionals based in different locations in Italy, Greece, and Israel.
- You will define with Consumer Marketing leader local shopper activation planning and makes it customer specific (delivers input to Integrated Key Account plan incl. Local Shopper Activation Plan), in line with overall Local Marketing Activation plan (LMAP).
- You will be responsible for initiating and realizing local or regional trade marketing actions and promotions based on the recommendations, in order to optimize stock levels in the chain, to stimulate sales-out and loyalty of the distribution channel.
- You will define and formulate observations and recommendations for new activities through analysis of sales data and through monitoring the success of the trade marketing activities.
- You will ensure implementation, maintenance, and improvement of trade marketing tools, allocating the necessary budget and guarding the service level agreements with the supplier (manage the local supplier roster in close collaboration with procurement)
- In this highly collaborative and consumer-oriented role, you will closely cooperate with Sales Leader in IIG (Italy, Greece & Israel to realize sales targets at key customers, and provides input for local channel Strategy
- You will work in optimizing (offline/online) shelve (portfolio, price points, promotions), owning instore and online excellence execution to drive brand preference, increase conversion and basket size.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated management framework of attracting, training, motivating, and retaining promoters and merchandisers and you will enable retail training, customer Point Of Sales and conceptual selling (trade decks, etc)

**You're the right fit if**:

- You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration.
- You have acquired around 10 years of experience preferably with a background in sales and shopper marketing.
- Your skills include strong analytical and strategic thinking, consumer first mindset and deep knowledge of Sales Fundamentals.
- Additional previous experience in direct or indirect people management, even of small teams will be particularly valued as nice to have.
- You have good communication skills and excellent command of English and Italian.
