The Trade Marketing Coordinator is in charge of the execution of the Tom Ford Beauty Plan in the Distribution. He/She will report directly to the Consumer Marketing Manager and will be responsible of the brand trade plans execution, according to the brand strategy, turning the marketing plan into a detailed animation plan. Moreover, the Trade Marketing will support the Brand Marketing Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with Clients (Key Account, Independent Perfumery and Chains), and working closely with the corporate e-retail team for the online part. He/she will be responsible also for the visual merchandising, working closely with the agency and the VM team. Strong proactive and cooperation skills required.

**Key Performance Areas & Description**
- Day by day relation with retailers, in order to set up proper marketing plans according to the brand strategy and client ad hoc instruments
- Production of Trade Material for Clients. Once he/she is informed of the Clients detailed plan, the Trade Marketing Manager is in charge of supervising the steps of all the process of production and supplying of Trade materials. Specifically:

- Collection specific information from the Client in order to organize production details
- Liaising with EMEA team in order to approve materials respecting the brand guidelines
- Scouting the appropriate supplier for the material in collaboration with IP & VM team
- Briefing to the supplier
- Monitoring the quality and the coherence of the output relating to the Brand Equity
- Shipping of the material
- Production of Planograms Material. Once he/she is informed of the creation of Planograms concept, the Trade Marketing Manager is in charge of supervising the steps of all the process of production and supplying of materials. Specifically:

- Rendering and execution of planograms per structure type
- Buying of expository material
- Shipping of expository material
- Monitoring of Trade and Planograms Material. He/she defines the monitoring check list of materials and planograms and manages the Client interface while verifies the correct exposition of all the materials.
- Results analysis. Once he/she is informed of the collection and normalization of sellout data for Clients, the Trade Marketing Coordinator is in charge of defining and execute the analysis of Trade activities in order to let the colleague define and implement the corrective actions.
- Strong teamwork & cooperation with all corporate functions, especially Sale, VM, E-retail

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- 2+ years Marketing experience in a retail / cosmetics / luxury goods or FMCG arena
- Intalian & English Fluent
- Great knowledge of market, retailers and competitors
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Personality: positive attitude and great attention to details
- Ability to work on different projects at the same time with great attention to retro planning in order to respect time to market
- Demonstrates Learning Agility
- Strives for Excellence in Execution
- Strong Misocrosoft skills, Excel and Powerpoint in particular.
