Per la nostra sede italiana di Milano ricerchiamo una risorsa da inserire in qualità di Trade Marketing Manager.

Lavorando all’interno del team di Marketing e riportando direttamente al direttore marketing, il Trade Marketing Manager sarà responsabile della promozione e crescita di tutti i brand aziendali (Aquilea, Fisiocrem, Laborest ed Entero4) nel canale farmacia, parafarmacia ed e-commerce.

**Le principali attività saranno**:

- Definire il Trade marketing Plan, gli obiettivi, le priorità ed il relativo budget;
- Sviluppare e implementare le attività di trade marketing (servizi, espositori e materiali sul punto vendita,), attraverso la gestione e il monitoraggio del budget assegnato;
- Gestire una rete esterna di pharmacy trainer, team responsabile della formazione in farmacia, avvalendosi del supporto di fornitori esterni;
- In accordo con il National Key Account, gestire operativamente gli accordi annuali di partnership con i clienti chiave implementando piani funzionali allo sviluppo del business;
- Analizzare i dati di sell-in, sell-out ed i KPI di performance per i diversi progetti e tipologie di clienti;
- Coordinarsi con i colleghi del trade marketing internazionale per la corretta implementazione delle strategie e attivazioni sul punto vendita.

Sono richieste spiccate doti relazionali e comunicative, dinamicità, capacità organizzative ed orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi preposti.

Completano il profilo un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, capacità di analisi dei dati di mercato (IQVIA), ed una eccellente padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare di Excel.
