We are looking for a Personal Assistant to General Manager for the 2024 season to join our team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.

Reports to Area Managing Director.

Main duties & responsibilities: Manage scheduling for the GM including agendas, emails, calls, travels and other company logistics. Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure. Organize meetings and events both internal and external. Act as a liaison between staff and the GM when necessary. Facilitate communications within all levels of the company including preparing written correspondence. Requirements: Proven experience as an assistant working under senior management or similar administrative role. Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work effectively. Excellent English writing and speaking (C1 level), other languages are a plus. Discretion with personal and confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Email suites. Other requirements: Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability. Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player. Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues. Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background. Benefits: We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 3, Personal Assistant to GM. Start date: July 2024 to End date: December 2024, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path. Salary as by CCNL + increase based on seniority and skill level, separate payslip for 13°, 14° and TFR. Monthly welfare incentive based on quality goals + welcome bonus. Accommodation in our staff house (single room). Bus ticket as benefit for the contract period; staff canteen.
