About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to General Manager to join our team at Splendido, A Belmond Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our General Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our luxury hotel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the General Manager's schedule, including agendas, emails, calls, travels, and other company logistics.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management.
  • Handle confidential documents with discretion and ensure their secure storage.
  • Organize meetings and events, both internal and external, and act as a liaison between staff and the General Manager when necessary.
  • Facilitate communications within all levels of the company, including preparing written correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an assistant working under senior management or a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to think proactively and prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills (C1 level), with other languages being a plus.
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Email suites.

  • A seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
  • Settore Turismo - Level 3, Personal Assistant to GM.
  • Salary as per CCNL, with an increase based on seniority and skill level.
  • A separate payslip for 13°, 14°, and TFR.
