Job Description

We are seeking a talented Global Product Manager to join our Power Protection Product Group. As a key member of our marketing and sales team, you will play a critical role in defining marketing plans, including marketing communication, training, and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  1. You will be accountable for the long-term profitable growth of assigned product lines and responsible for the marketing of Power Protection Large UPS IEC offerings to target market segments.
  2. Collect and analyze market requirements, customer needs, and values to produce product specifications for R&D, while supporting the creation of business cases for product development and market positioning.
  3. Create management and technical documentation related to the product management role and define value propositions per segment and channel to ensure clear communication with channel partners and end customers.
  4. Drive the roadmap to maximize value and ensure portfolio performance, while owning the technical and market specifications for offerings and determining business plans that support sustainable growth.
  5. Initiate and drive product market communication strategies, including product launch planning and implementation, while monitoring global sales target fulfillment and tender volumes, taking appropriate action as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering or other engineering disciplines, with an MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in product management, strategic marketing, or a similar role within the Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems (UPS) market.
  • Previous accredited experience in the UPS industry focusing on Data Center Power Supply applications, along with a strong understanding of mission-critical segments such as Data Centers, Infrastructure, and Utilities.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to influence key customers and partners, as well as experience in leading within a matrix organization.
  • Experience in leading mid-size teams and the ability to influence the organization on strategic business directions while driving tangible actions to ensure progress.
  • Global mindset that enables effective collaboration across diverse teams and markets.
  • Strong executive-level presentation and communication skills in English, complemented by superior business acumen and analytical skills.
