About the Role: For our plant in Alba we are looking for a Quality Specialist , who will guarantee that the production unit operates in the respect of quality standards and respecting product compliance determined by law, ISO, certifications and guidelines. Main Responsibilities: As Quality Specialist you will generate ideas and implement related actions for continuous improvement, plus give your contribution to employee training, in order to ensure the achievement of quality objectives. You will also verify that the production auto-control is working properly, and you will be prepared to operate to resolve any issues. More in detail, you will have the responsibility to apply the unique product capitolato on the competence line up to the maturation warehouse, ensuring the food safety and quality compliance for your production Unit. You will control the availability and conformity of recorded statements and manage the updating of quality control instructions for the production line. The execution of extraordinary sampling controls of finished products and periodic audits in accordance with military standards will be part of your main tasks, in addition to the guarantee of tasting activities on the production line and out the line. Last but not least, you will provide prompt support to the production department. Who We are Looking for: You will bring your deep knowledge of food safety and quality with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, in addition to your scientific background with a Master's degree and your certification as ISO 22.000 auditor. Your ability to work in a team and your flexibility will be highly effective in this role, as will your fluency in both English and Italian . Does this opportunity sound right for you?
