Job Description Your to-do list: Set and maintain the creative direction and goals based on agency creative brief and accounts to ensure creative excellence (from concept to production).
Generate original and innovative ideas across multiple channels that maximize consumer engagement with the brand.
Organize and present concepts in a clear manner.
Lead client meetings and manage mid-senior client expectations.
Maintain stewardship of the client's look, tone and feel.
Ensure executions amplify the power of the idea.
Understand brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.

Qualifications If in your past experience you: Managed all steps required in the creative development process, including production and presentation to the client.
Have the capacity to provide clear feedback to all disciplines and to translate feedback from internal and external stakeholders into action.
If you are/have: Solid background in Art Direction.
Passionate about trends and innovations.
Eye for design and an excellent strategic mind.
Well versed in the latest design trends.
Fluent in English.
8/10 years' experience in international communication agencies.
Recognized expertise in traditional advertising, digital and collaterals.
Excellent presentation skills that foster and develop existing and new client relationships.
Proven mentoring, supervisory, and team-building skills.
A strong passion for strategic thinking.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good sense of aesthetic, typography and practicing knowledge of information design.
