Business Analyst

Candidates must be able to work EST hours. $40-48/hr As an IT business analyst, you'll partner with our team of designers, developers, testers, business analysts, and DevSecOps engineers to identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories.
Specific Duties Collaborate with customers to define the business requirements to meet end user needs.Implement configuration tasks per direction from task leadParticipate in defining system integration and user-acceptance test plans.Assist with the analysis of bug fixes/ issues.Partner with the business areas in the creation of process workflow documentation and user manuals.Execute client communication including various written communications to include one-on-one client conversations.Create customer reports as required.You Have: 3+ years of experience with translating business needs, processes, and procedures into a workable system, and articulating on specific software requirements by communicating about these requirements with technology experts and business stakeholders3+ years of experience with eliciting the requirements needed to carry out business processes, including interviews, intelligence analysis and survey assessmentsDocumented experience with site migrations and Content Management Systems, SharePoint a bonusExperience in maintaining technical information libraries and data management in support of an appropriately sized program or projectExperience with developing documents and implementing for IT applications, system specifications, and test plans, according to existing standards and methodologiesAbility to work closely with business architects and other technology staff to deliver project results while implementing risk analysis and meeting required deliverablesBachelor's degree
