PosizioneAre you a graduate or graduating student and understand the right impact that technology solutions can have on the success of a business?Then why not join CCH Tagetik, one of most successful and fastest growing technology and consulting company that prides itself on its ability to deliver results in the most complex and challenging business environments.We are looking for Consultants to help build on our success.We offer a graduate program with regular training session coupled with working on live projects.You will work as part of a team and shadowing one of our highly experienced consultants who share a passion for solving complex problems with technology-based solutions.You can learn all about state-of-the-art software implementation and client support.Essential duties and responsibilities:-You will be responsible for supporting the successful specification, design, configuration, testing and deployment of CCH Tagetik solutions.This will be done by working with customer business and technical teams.-Your primary activities will be to understand and translate customer requirements, define service scope, configure and deliver solutions that are fit for purpose for our customers.Hands-on product configuration may be required for this role.-You will provide innovative solutions and solve problems to meet the client's requirements.You must have a keen interest in developing a career in consulting, and depending on your skills and experience to date, you may be suited to work in one or more of the following areas – Statutory Consolidation, Budget, Planning, Closing allocation.Job Qualifications:-Currently studying or have completed a master's degree in Economics, Finance or Management Engineering-Good communicator - you will be willing to assume a customer facing role, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients-Capable of working within teams and alongside customers, as well as on your individual tasks with limited supervision.-Able to manage your time effectively and record it accurately-No previous consulting experience is necessary, but rather a strong business or technology background along with the capacity to succeed in a fast paced and challenging environment.-Fluent in Italian and English.What do we offer you at CCH Tagetik part of Wolters Kluwer?-Apprenticeship contract.-Flexible working hours where you can start between 8:00 and 10:00 and flexible working policy (2 days in the office, 3 days from home).-English classes and full access to E-learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning.-Continuous training plans provided through in-person courses, certifications, training-on-the-job, webinars.-Performance plans where we would like to determine which career path you prefer to follow.Annual performance and salary reviews.-Community and teambuilding events like the global code games, network events and Wolters Kluwer value days.Caratteristiche del candidatoRequisiti tecnici e conoscenze informaticheGood knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (in particular Excel)Knowledge of SQL is a plus.Lingue straniereE' richiesta la conoscenza delle seguenti lingueInglese: buono (B2-C1)Titolo di studioLaurea (primo livello), Laurea Magistrale/ciclo Unico (secondo livello)Area disciplinareingegneria,economico-statisticoClasse di laureaIngegneria gestionale (LM-31, 34/S) Scienze dell'economia (LM-56, 64/S) Scienze dell'economia e della gestione aziendale (L-18, 17) Scienze economiche (L-33, 28) Scienze economico-aziendali (LM-77, 84/S) Scienze statistiche attuariali e finanziarie (LM-83, 91/S) Statistica (L-41, 37)
