per un nostro cliente, Digital Company operante nel settore beauty.

Descrizione della posizioneIl/la Head of Creative Strategy è responsabile della strategia e dell'esecuzione delle attività social e di influencer marketing per rafforzare la brand awareness, l'engagement e la crescita dell'audience.
La figura guiderà un team di 3 risorse collaborando con le diverse aree aziendali per garantire coerenza nel messaggio e massimizzare l'impatto delle campagne.
Questa figura avrà un focus particolare sul digital e social media, sfruttando i trend emergenti e i formati innovativi.

Responsabilità principali:Definire e implementare la strategia social e di influencer marketing in linea con gli obiettivi di business.Esperienza rilevante nella gestione di campagne su TikTok.Guidare e supervisionare la creazione e distribuzione di contenuti per tutte le altre piattaforme social (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, ecc.
), con una conoscenza approfondita dei loro algoritmi e formati digitali.Sviluppare e gestire partnership con influencer, creator e ambassador, con un focus sia su collaborazioni B2C che B2B.Monitorare le performance dei contenuti e delle collaborazioni attraverso KPI chiave e strumenti di analytics, con un approccio data-driven.Ottimizzare le strategie sulla base dei dati raccolti e delle tendenze di mercato.Coordinare il team social & influencer, promuovendo una cultura creativa e orientata ai risultati.Collaborare con il team di prodotto per costruire una comunicazione efficace sui prodotti e lavorare sull'engagement.Oversee the creation of high-quality branded content, including social media content, video production, product storytelling, and influencer collaborations.Restare aggiornato sulle ultime tendenze e innovazioni nel digital marketing e social media.

Requisiti:Esperienza di almeno 8/10 anni in ruoli creativi, maturata sia in contesti corporate che in agenzie digital internazionali.Background nel settore beauty/fashion con una profonda comprensione delle dinamiche del mercato.Conoscenza approfondita delle piattaforme social (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) e delle loro evoluzioni.Esperienza nella gestione di campagne di influencer marketing e di collaborazioni con creator, incluse strategie B2B.Capacità analitiche per interpretare i dati e ottimizzare le strategie di comunicazione con un approccio data-driven.Eccellenti doti di leadership, gestione del team e coordinamento di progetti complessi.Creatività, pensiero strategico e orientamento ai risultati.Abilità nel pensare in modo innovativo e fuori dagli schemi.Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazionali.Conoscenza di strumenti di social listening, analytics e advertising.Fluente in inglese (la conoscenza di altre lingue è un plus).

Milano, 3 giorni in sede + 2 smart working.Richiesta presenza presso HQ a Vicenza 2 volte al mese
