About the Job : As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing hiring, training, and onboarding processes for our company. In this role, you will enhance and develop the organization's ability to attract top talent from around the world and will oversee the talent acquisition department, managing our hiring managers and other support staff.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, to ensure we are able to identify high-potential candidates. The ultimate goal of the role is to help the company grow its teams with qualified employees and achieve business goals.
You will be based in Tivoli (Italy) and will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities : Overseeing sourcing, hiring, and employee acquisition processesEnsuring that talent acquisition projects align with organizational objectivesCultivating a culture of excellence and developing clear objectives for talent acquisitionCreating and proofing guidelines for hiring practices within the organizationBuilding relationships with key organizations, bodies, and institutesCollaborating with hiring managers to ensure the effective sourcing and retention of talentCreating and guiding training initiatives and education policiesProducing regular reports on talent needs, acquisitions, and plansPresenting hiring, talent, and employment-related reports to members of the organizationKey Requirements : A graduate degree in human resources, industrial psychology, or business managementA minimum of 5 years' experience working in a talent acquisition role or within HRKnowledge of hiring processes, skill development, and organizational analysis frameworksProficient at using software and leveraging technology for talent acquisition processesA thorough understanding of relevant legal processes, requirements, and legislationSkilled at negotiation, presentation, and executionExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with excellent English proficiencyIf you're ready to make a meaningful impact and grow alongside a dynamic team, seize this opportunity and join us at Yokohama TWS.
