Nc Coordinator

The NC (Non-Conformance) Coordinator is responsible for general support, documentation review, and managing of NCs owned by Manufacturing in partnership with the Quality and Tech Ops teams. This role will have the opportunity to lead or join Kaizen, PSP, projects, or other improvement initiatives. This position is part of the MFG Production Support team and will be ONSITE in Lodi. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and track manufacturing-owned NCs in all phases of the process. Perform documentation review for NC-related lots. Resolve any NC-related discrepancies or issues identified for the duration of the NC until it is closed (ad hoc tasks, qty discrepancy, MES, SAP, etc). Essential Requirements: High School diploma (or equivalent experience) and 1-2 years of relevant experience. At least 2-3 years of experience working in a regulated industry (GMP, ISO, FDA). Proficiency in computer systems such as Word, Excel, SAP, Smartsolve and MES. Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years of Consumables and/or Robal/PAL MFG experience.
