Job Summary

The NC (Non-Conformance) Coordinator is responsible for providing general support, reviewing documentation, and managing NCs owned by Manufacturing in partnership with the Quality and Tech Ops teams. This role offers opportunities to lead or participate in Kaizen, PSP, projects, or other improvement initiatives.
This position is part of the MFG Production Support team and requires ONSITE presence in Lodi.

Main Responsibilities
Maintain and track manufacturing-owned NCs throughout all phases of the process.
Perform thorough documentation reviews for NC-related lots.
Resolve any NC-related discrepancies or issues identified for the duration of the NC until it is closed (ad hoc tasks, quantity discrepancy, MES, SAP, etc).

Key Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent experience, coupled with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
At least 2-3 years of experience working in a regulated industry (GMP, ISO, FDA).
Proficiency in computer systems such as Word, Excel, SAP, Smartsolve, and MES.

Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Consumables and/or Robal/PAL MFG.

About Compensation
Cepheid offers a comprehensive compensation package including an hourly rate of $20.00-$27.00, as well as bonus/incentive pay.
