THE COMPANY Multinational pharmaceutical company Global Operational Technology Specialist THE ROLE Project leader at Global or Local sites with a proactive approach and spreading such structured approach to the team according to Project Management methodology and tools with a deep understanding of technical issues and active listening to team members Facilitator of the OT Guidelines implementation for Project Responsible for Editing and supervision of the documentation for tenders (Request for Information, Request for Proposal and all necessary documents for the projects) Responsible for Technical Architecture design choice with the peers and Global OT Experts Responsible for the correct application of GMP standards Supervisor of informal tests and Validation activities Key MES / MBR project stakeholder Working with site (Local teams) and Global MES teams to sustain electronic Master Batch Record development, to ensure alignment with the Global format and structure.
Supervising key project activities Interface with ERP System (i.e.
SAP, MDM,..) Process modulization, Master Batch Records design, development, testing and validation Interface with the process equipment (Vertical Integration).
Staying relevant on MES training Coordinating site MES administration activities JOB REQUIREMENTS Industrial/Automation/Electronic/Computer Science/Management Engineering Degree is mandatory Minimum 2 years of experience in related field High-level knowledge of PLC, SCADA, historian database (preferable AVEVA OSI-PI), ME, Serialisation systems Knowledge of GMP Communication skills to interact independently with all levels of the organisation Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to details Strong continuous improvement mindset with relevant background in autonomously building solutions that address key business opportunities Availability to travel (30% of the time) LOCATION: Firenze Please send your CV with a motivation letter to the role to: ****** Ref: Global OT Specialist #J-18808-Ljbffr
