Per azienda leader nella gestione della rete di trasmissione nazionale (RTN) stiamo ricercando un:
**SITE MANAGER - realizzazione di stazioni di conversione e delle linee cavo**
**Principali responsabilità**:
- Assicurare la corretta gestione del cantiere ed esecuzione dei lavori, nel rispetto delle regole aziendali e della normativa di riferimento, al fine di garantire il completamento dell'opera in conformità agli standard richiesti, nel rispetto dei parametri temporali ed economici previsti;
- Sopportare il project leader (PL) e il team di progetto nella stesura della reportistica e nella gestione delle relazioni con altre strutture interne e con i fornitori esterni;
- Coordinare le attività degli assistenti di cantiere (IAC), in accordo con la linea di Project Management e delle Istruzioni Operative (IO) interne;
- Monitorare e controllare l'applicazione della normativa ambientale in cantiere, in collaborazione con il direttore lavori (DL) e con l'assistente di cantiere ambientale (IACA);
- Garantire l'applicazione della normativa della sicurezza in cantiere, di concerto con il coordinatore alla sicurezza per l'esecuzione (CSE) ed l'Health, Safety and Enviroment (HSE) manager;
- Redigere la reportistica sullo stato di avanzamento dei lavori e la documentazione di contabilità, con il direttore lavori (DL) ed il construction project leader (PL);
- Offrire supporto alla gestione tecnico\amministrativa dei contratti di fornitura\appalto\servizi in cantiere;
- Collaborare con le strutture territorialmente competenti alla supervisione delle prove in sito, nel rispetto dei piani controllo qualità (PCQ);
- collaborazione con le strutture competenti per l'ottenimento di servitù e concessioni/autorizzazioni da parte dei proprietari privati e degli Enti Pubblici.
**Requisiti**:
- Diploma e/o Laurea;
- Esperienza professionale di almeno 3 anni, maturata in qualità di SITE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR nell'ambito di cantieri relativi alla realizzazione di infrastrutture elettriche (stazioni/linee aeree/linee in cavo) o di complessità analoga;
- Conoscenza della normativa ambientale (p.es. D.Lgs.152/2006);
- Conoscenza della normativa di sicurezza (p.es. D.Lgs.81/2008);
- Conoscenza della normativa in ambito iter autorizzativo, appalti pubblici e costruzioni (p.es. D.L.239/2003, D.Lgs.50/2016, DPR 380/2001);
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Completano il profilo capacità organizzative, abilità di problem solving, capacità di lavorare sotto stress, spirito di collaborazione, precisione e flessibilità.
