JOB DESCRIPTIONTitolo della posizione: Quality Control SpecialistScopo della posizione: Si assicura che la qualità richiesta durante il ciclo produttivo e del prodotto finito sia consona e metta in atto tutte le azioni necessarie al loro conseguimento e mantenimento.Responsabilità Principali:È responsabile di certificare la conformità agli standard qualitativi di Ferretti Group ispezionando in prima persona le unità assegnate (linee di produzione) durante il processo di allestimento, dall' avvio della linea di produzione (ingresso dei manufatti) fino al chiusura del processo di collaudo.Definisce, in collaborazione con ingegneria Industriale e la Responsabile della funzione Controllo Qualità le procedure e le istruzioni operative di controllo durante il processo produttivo, sia all'interno del sito produttivo di Ancona, che c/o fornitori terzi laddove risulti necessario e inerente l'ottimizzazione dei processi di assemblaggio.E' responsabile della gestione delle Non Conformità (NC) rilevate nel cantiere e quello che ricade dalla produzione di serie (Customer Service) per tutto il ciclo produttivo dell'imbarcazione.Implementa e monitora azioni correttive derivanti da problem solving.Da supporto all'Area Qualità Centrale di Corporate nelle visite di certificazione ISO 9001 per quanto riguarda il processo di controllo nello stabilimento.Gestisce l'aggiornamento dello "stato qualità" delle linea di prodotto assegnata.Supporta le visite ispettive dei Surveyor/Comandanti.Verifica la conformità delle attività o del manufatto in funzione di istruzioni di lavoro e/o disegno tecnico.Relazioni interne:Supplier Quality Manager - Supplier Quality Supervisor - Site Quality Assurance ManagerCondivisione procedure ed istruzioni operative di gruppo riguardanti i fornitori dello stabilimento di propria competenza e fornitori conto terzi.Condivisione di azioni correttive e preventive da implementare per il miglioramento manufatto e/o fornitore.Acquisti.Condivisione piano di azione per non conformità legate ai fornitori, assieme ai Supplier Quality Supervisor.Ingegneria Industriale:Condivisione di istruzioni per piano di azione per non conformità legate al processo produttivo.Riporta a: Quality Control Supervisor/ManagerRequisiti:Formazione: Diploma o Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico.Esperienze Professionali: 3/5 anni nel settore navale e nautico.Altre conoscenze: Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel.Competenze:Customer Oriented.Focus on results with accountability.Decision Making.Builds Relationships & Partnerships.Problem solving.Abilità Comunicative: Scritto, Parlato e di Presentazione.Conoscenza Imbarcazioni e Sistemi/Impianti Navali.Conoscenza Tecnologica Dei Processi Produttivi.Gestione Degli Strumenti Di Misura.Implementation of Lean Production Methodologies.Lettura E Comprensione Del Disegno Tecnico.Principali Metodologie Di Lean Manufacturing.Techniche Di Problem Solving (8D) E Azioni Correttive.Tecniche di controllo della Qualità (control plant; chart charts; quality reporting, check list etc.
