Per una società di consulenza e servizi IT specializzata nella fornitura di soluzioni innovative per aiutare le aziende a ottimizzare le proprie operazioni, migliorare l'efficienza e sfruttare appieno il potenziale delle tecnologie digitali, siamo alla ricerca di un Team Leader/Software Architect.
Principali responsabilità
Definire l'architettura tecnica per le soluzioni ServiceNow, compresi i moduli, i processi di business, le integrazioni di sistema e le personalizzazioni, assicurando la coerenza, l'efficienza e la scalabilità del sistema. Lavorare a stretto contatto con gli stakeholder interni ed esterni per comprendere i requisiti aziendali e tradurli in soluzioni tecniche su ServiceNow che rispondano alle esigenze aziendali e agli obiettivi strategici. Definire e promuovere le best practice per lo sviluppo su ServiceNow, inclusi standard di codifica, procedure di test e metodologie di sviluppo agile, per garantire la coerenza e la qualità delle soluzioni implementate. Progettare e sviluppare personalizzazioni e integrazioni su ServiceNow per estendere le funzionalità della piattaforma e garantire l'interoperabilità con altri sistemi aziendali. Fornire leadership tecnica al team di sviluppo, guidando i membri del team nella progettazione e nello sviluppo di soluzioni tecniche su ServiceNow. Monitorare le performance del sistema ServiceNow e identificare opportunità di ottimizzazione per migliorare l'efficienza, la scalabilità e la user experience delle applicazioni. Principali caratteristiche richieste Laurea in informatica, ingegneria informatica, ingegneria gestionale o correlate. Esperienza significativa nello sviluppo e nell'architettura di soluzioni su ServiceNow, compresa una conoscenza approfondita della piattaforma e delle sue funzionalità. Certificazioni ServiceNow (Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer). Capacità dimostrate di progettare e implementare soluzioni complesse su ServiceNow, inclusi modelli di dati, workflow, accessi, sicurezza e integrazioni di sistema. Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e di leadership, con esperienza nella guida di team tecnici verso il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di progetto. Esperienza nell'industria IT o dei servizi IT.
