We are looking for an HR Intern to join our HR Function in our Bolton Food Business Unit based in Italy.
How you make the difference: Exciting opportunity to start your HR journey The role will support the HR Team in all processes related to the end-to-end Employee Lifecycle and the systems supporting them. You will gain experience in both strategic and operational HR processes.
Your agenda looks like: As an Intern, you will support the HR Center of Expertise Teams. Your agenda will include:
Talent & Performance: Training and Development: Assisting in the development and delivery of training programs. Performance Management: Supporting performance review processes, including data entry and report generation. Market Research: Researching industry trends and benchmarking compensation and benefits packages. Data Analysis: Analyzing compensation data to identify trends and potential disparities. Benefits Administration: Assisting with the administration of benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs. HRIS & Data Analytics: HRIS: Managing and maintaining HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, generating reports, and analyzing HR data to identify trends and insights. HR Analytics: Supporting data analysis and the data-driven approach applied to HR. What makes you a great fit: A Master's degree in Economics, Humanities, or a related field (specialization in HR is a plus). Proficiency in Italian and English (both written and spoken), Spanish is a nice to have. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint). A flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset. A passion for teamwork and achieving results in a collaborative environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your team: As an Intern, you will support the HR Center of Expertise Teams of Bolton Food.
