Il/La candidato/a selezionato/a avrà le seguenti responsabilità: Personalizzare e sviluppare i nuovi progetti, su richiesta del cliente, interfacciandosi con i servizi interni (Laboratorio R&D, Industrializzazione, Planning, Qualità) adattandone formula, packaging e prezzi.
Sviluppare il progetto e assicura il rispetto della timetable concordata con il cliente.
Definire con il responsabile gli aspetti commerciali che vengono successivamente formalizzati ed inseriti nei contratti di vendita.
Collaborare con la Qualità, al fine di fornire le indicazioni necessarie alla definizione del Quality Dossier relativo a ciascun progetto.
Coordinare i servizi interni per la validazione degli elementi tecnici relativi a ciascun progetto e può partecipare agli start up di produzione in occasione delle visite clienti.
Il/la candidato/a ideale presenta i seguenti requisiti: Esperienza massima di 2/3 anni in ruoli di Sviluppo prodotto in realtà cosmetiche o B2B e di relazione con aziende; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Conoscenza eccellente di Excel Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali Intraprendenza e proattività Automunito/a Ottima opportunità di carriera.

Per questa posizione è richiesta una ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
