Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid.
This role is contributing to the Machine Application in Campania District with a focus on Naples and Salerno.
Main stakeholders are Oem's, panel builders, installers, and wholesalers.You will be mainly accountable for:Ensuring efficient sales marketing activities and communicating value proposition to customers related to the Machine portfolio (Motor Starting, Switches, Safety, Soft Starter, Contactor, Enclosures, and Photovoltaic).Managing sales target volumes and product solutions mix.Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market, developing also new customers.Ensuring your customers have an unforgettable professional experience by analyzing different customers' needs to offer them a customized solution.Communicating to the customers about details related to ABB's offering and strategy.Qualifications for the roleYou have at least 3 years of experience working as a Sales Specialist.You are passionate about sales and have the ability to establish good relationships with customers.Availability to visit customers in the assigned area (Campania Area) at least 3 days per week.Possess enhanced knowledge of Office; Salesforce is a plus.Preferred degree in a technical field.You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.What's in it for you?Get exposed to cutting-edge technology in Electrification and have a visible impact on the future.Bring your knowledge and expertise, make the difference in technology.Feel empowered: take ownership and drive exciting results in your scope of action.BenefitsCompany carWellbeing programFlexible work practicesCareer advancement opportunitiesLearning development offeringMore about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
