Sales Specialist (Campania Area) - Machine Application This position reports to Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for the sales of Electrification products, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also identify and develop new sales opportunities. The work model for this role is: #LI-Hybrid. This role contributes to the Machine Application in the Campania District, focusing on Naples and Salerno. Main stakeholders include OEMs, panel builders, installers, and wholesalers. You will be accountable for:

Ensuring efficient sales & marketing activities and communicating the value proposition to customers related to the Machine portfolio (Motor Starting, Switches, Safety, Soft Starter, Contactor, Enclosures, and Photovoltaic). Managing sales target volumes and product & solutions mix. Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and developing new customers. Providing customers with an unforgettable professional experience by analyzing their needs to offer customized solutions. Communicating to customers about details related to ABB's offerings and strategy. Qualifications for the role You have at least 3 years of experience working as a Sales Specialist. You are passionate about sales and have the ability to establish good relationships with customers. Availability to visit customers in the assigned area (Campania Area) at least 3 days per week. Possess enhanced knowledge of Office, Salesforce (plus). Preferred degree in a technical field. You are comfortable communicating in Italian and English. What's in it for you?
