Global Indirect Category Specialist

We are looking for a Global Indirect Category Specialist. This position is responsible for the indirect procurement activities , with focus on L ogistics, Transportations and Spare Parts , supporting the regional and local stakeholders.  He/She will be directly responsible for the categories performance, supplier performance evaluation, development and realization of initiatives for risk reduction and saving. Main activities : scouting, sourcing, contract development, new suppliers' implementation and monitoring. Negotiate and manage supplier agreements and relationships Maintain records for price-list and contracts Review, monitor, and report category KPIs Perform sourcing activities in coordination with all industrial sites Scout for new suppliers, products and technologies Support the Manager to identify potential financial/operational risks Contribute to develop and deploy category management strategies Experience: procurement experience in a structured organized company (3 years minimum) experience in sourcing and category management of indirect materials and services, with knowledge in logistics & transportations categories management. Hard Skills: Knowledge of procurement best practices, processes, software Knowledge of cost controlling, accounting, passive cycle Knowledge of SA P ERP
