Space Work seleziona un* LOGISTICS SPECIALIST per realtà multinazionale specializzata nella progettazione e produzione di avanzati sistemi in grado di co-generare energia elettrica e calore partendo da fonti diverse, tra cui rinnovabili, combustibili tradizionali e il recupero efficiente del calore di scarto derivante dai processi industriali.
Grazie a quest'approccio all'avanguardia, l'azienda ha conquistato la leadership mondiale nel settore, fornendo soluzioni innovative a zero emissioni e contribuendo in modo significativo all'evoluzione delle tecnologie energetiche sostenibili.Posizione:La Persona inserita risponderà all'Expediting Logistic Manager e si occuperà di supportare il team nelle attività di logistica e di gestire e negoziare i rapporti con gli enti esterni e i clienti interni.Nello specifico, si occuperà di:Supervisionare attentamente la corretta preparazione e presentazione dei documenti necessari per il trasporto e la consegna delle merci da parte dei trasportatori e dei corrieri, assicurando il rispetto delle normative fiscali e amministrative e l'adempimento delle pratiche doganali;Negoziare e identificare le adeguate strategie e soluzioni per ottimizzare i costi e migliorare l'efficienza dei trasporti e delle spedizioni, interfacciandosi con broker, operatori doganali, agenzia delle Dogane;Gestire, in accordo con le regolamentazioni internazionali, le attività di importazione ed esportazione, secondo le necessità;Esaminare le offerte e le proposte tecnico-commerciali concordando i prezzi di acquisto.Requisiti: Provenienza dall'ambito logistico, con preferibile esperienza maturata in ruolo analogo presso spedizionieri, broker e operatori doganali; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata: Ottima conoscenza delle normative doganali, degli elementi contrattuali, incoterm e dei i regimi di importazione Completano il profilo ottime capacità relazionali e di negoziazione, problem solving e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.Altre informazioni:L'azienda offre: Contratto di assunzione.
