Your Role

As an Administration Specialist, you'll be responsible for collecting and managing documents related to inbound/outbound goods, ensuring proper administration of all information, and completing data entry and reporting activities using custom-made local software and tools.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support Operations with documentation administration, checking and collating delivery notes, run and seal sheets, and keeping materials organized.
  • Process incoming and outgoing documentation, including delivery notes, CMR, export declarations, and other relevant documents.
  • Collaborate with Operations to create and update local operative procedures and communicate administrative information.
  • Complete daily administrative duties, including processing receipts, taking records, and processing inbound/outbound documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely input of data in local systems through data entry and reporting activities.
