IN.ENGTN 2023) We are looking for an Instrumentation Engineer, willing to join our Upstream Operation Team, with a strong passion for technology and motivation to work within a multicultural and challenging environment.
You will work in an international environment characterized by high technology complexity.
You will support instrumentation / electrical devices design and follow up the installation, calibration and tuning of field instrumentation.
You will take responsibility for the following activities: Oversees the implementation of new measuring devices and control systems, ensuring devices are correctly installed and properly tested.
Acts as project engineer for design, prototype fabrication, and manufacturing development.
Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
Provides training related to devices to employees and/or customers.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Execute and manage the commissioning activities.
Execute I/O test collaborating with the automation department and coordinate full Loop-Checking activity related to Instrumentation field's devices (example: TT, PT, FT, off gas analyzers, etc.).
Required profile: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Industrial expert high school diploma.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or in the plant maintenance department.
Previous experience in oil and gas, steel, glass heavy industry is a plus.
Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
Familiarity and use of Microsoft Office (especially, Spreadsheet and Presentation), Autocad, Navisworks tools and basic computer applications such as e-mail, browser, etc.
Teamworking, coordination with site team (electrical, automation) and end user.
Spanish knowledge is an added value.
Willingness to travel.
