Profilo ricercato: Instrumentation Engineer

Tecno Project Industriale, Azienda del Gruppo SIAD specializzata nella progettazione, produzione e installazione di impianti CO2 e Upgrading Biogas, ricerca un Instrumentation Engineer, per inserimento in Ufficio Tecnico, Area Electrical & Automation Design.

La persona prescelta si occuperà della documentazione di ingegneria attinente all'equipaggiamento strumentale di skid ed impianti di processo, fornendo il supporto necessario all'integrazione della parte strumentale durante la costruzione, la messa in servizio e l'operatività di skid ed impianti di processo.

Dettagli in evidenza Avrai la possibilità di definire le scelte riferite alla strumentazione, con buoni margini di crescita e autonomia nel gestire le attività correlate, in un contesto aziendale di forte crescita e operando in un settore di energie rinnovabili, tecnologie alternative e con forte coinvolgimento nella mitigazione del cambiamento climatico, grazie alla cattura dei gas responsabili dell'effetto serra.

Attività In particolare, ti occuperai di:

Definire i requisiti principali della strumentazione di impianto Redigere la lista strumenti Verificare i calcoli di dimensionamento per misuratori di portata, valvole e valvole proporzionali Preparare la documentazione tecnica per le richieste d'offerta ed eseguire le valutazioni tecniche ed economiche Implementare nei diagrammi P&ID il dettaglio della strumentazione e delle funzioni da essa eseguita Redigere datasheet strumentali, loop diagram, ed hook-up Partecipare alla soluzione di problemi emersi in fase di costruzione e messa in servizio ed eseguire collaudi intermedi o finali Standardizzare e semplificare i sistemi strumentali in conformità alle prestazioni richieste, ai requisiti normativi e all'ottimizzazione dei costi. Necessari: Diploma tecnico superiore ad indirizzo automazione, elettrico, elettronico o elettrotecnico Esperienza di almeno 1 o 2 anni nella progettazione strumentale Conoscenza approfondita di P&ID Conoscenza tipologie di strumentazione di misura Conoscenza di logiche funzionali e matrici causa effetto Conoscenza regolazioni PID Attenzione al dettaglio e professionalità Ottimo Team Working Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Graditi (Nice to Have): Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria dell'Automazione Industriale, Ingegneria Elettronica o Elettrica Conoscenza approfondita delle tipologie di valvole Design e selezione della corretta installazione di strumenti in impianti di processo ed in aree con pericolo di esplosione Tipo di contratto: Contratto a tempo indeterminato
