Il tuo nuovo ruolo
La risorsa, inserita a diretto riporto dell'Head of Finance, avrà il compito di monitorare i costi, le vendite e soprattutto gli investimenti marketing a livello globale. Nello specifico, agirà come un Business Partner per le funzioni Finance, Sales e Marketing, attraverso la gestione del budget, l'allocazione degli investimenti e il ritorno degli stessi. Operativamente, si occuperà di predisporre il budget, il forecast monitorandone gli scostamenti, analizzerà l'efficienza delle spese relative alla funzione marketing, fornendo supporto in linea con le strategie di business del marchio e del Gruppo, redigerà il bilancio per le aree di propria responsabilità, fornendo la corretta reportistica finanziaria e gestionale mensile per il Board. Inoltre, la risorsa sarà il punto di contatto a livello globale per le funzioni già citate e dunque avrà un ruolo che gli permetterà di interfacciarsi con numerose prime linee, supportando il team Finance e il team Marketing nella gestione dei rischi e delle opportunità relative alle spese marketing per ogni canale e a livello globale.

Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo
Siamo alla ricerca di una figura professionale laureata in discipline economiche e con circa 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, nelle funzioni Finance, presso realtà fortemente strutturate e organizzate, operanti preferibilmente in ambito Beauty, Luxury, Fashion. La risorsa ideale è attenta ai dettagli, precisa e puntuale, entusiasta e amante del proprio lavoro; ha ottime dote analitiche ma anche interpersonali, comunicative e commerciali: la persona sarà sempre a stretto contatto con le varie funzioni aziendali e dovrà essere capace di supportare realmente il business. La conoscenza della lingua inglese è considerata necessaria, sia scritta che parlata (C1/C2). Ottima dimestichezza con Excel e i principali ERP.
