Based in Milan, we are seeking a Global DTC Controller Lead to join our inclusive mountain-loving team at Rossignol Group.
This is an exciting opportunity for a financial professional to lead budgets & forecasts processes, prepare monthly reports, and analyze data streams to drive operating performance.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in business management, finance or accounting, and 3+ years of progressive financial experience in e-commerce and/or retail. They will possess strong mathematical and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.

About You:
Degree in business management, finance or accounting
3+ years of progressive financial experience (particularly in e-commerce and/or retail)
Proven experience in taking initiative, driving end-to-end processes and executing continuous improvement
A self-starter, you are known for working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic and growing environment, with many multi-tasking requirements
Fluent English and Italian
