Warehouse operations and related activities are regulated by ENAC Authority (Civil Aviation Security).We are currently seeking a Customs Operations Export Specialist who will report to the Customs Manager as part of our dynamic team in Trecate. Job DescriptionYour opportunityYou will form an integral part of the Customs Operations Department within the Supply Chain and Logistics Business Unit, managing the Customs Operations procedures for the import and export of goods. You will issue Customs Bills and verify the accompanying documentation. Moreover, you will check the compliant issuing of the outsourced Custom bills, proceeding also to the Customs Operations documentation archiving. This invigorating role will allow you to manage the Customs of our luxury brands.How you will contributeControl the correctness of the Customs relevant elements of the invoices, before Customs bills issuingPerform the Customs bills issuing by means of the software GulliverTransmit the Custom bills to the Agenzia delle DoganeMonitor of the proof of exit from the EUMonitor of the Global Guarantee for EU TransitUpload of the ' Fascicolo elettronico ', in case of Customs controlUpdate of the software Gulliver for HS codes, Masterdata , exchange rate for foreign currency.Perform Custom instruction for import formalities for the external brokersControl the correctness of the outsourced Customs billsArchiving of the Custom bills and documents issuedWho you areA University graduate in Economics, Politic Science, Law and equivalentSpedizioniere Doganale Exam State, Practical training completed with a Spedizioniere Doganale and completed course recognized by Agenzia Dogane , according to art. 27 R. 2447/2015 would be a plusFluent in Italian and English, both written and spokenExpert in using Microsoft Office, especially ExcelHighly knowledgeable about EU and Italian Customs regulationsGreatly informed about international agreements regarding the origin of goods, worldwide CITES regulation and international trade: Incoterms, Tariff Classification, Customs procedures and licenses needed for import/exportHighly knowledgeable about issuing of EX and T2 and about the Agenzia delle Dogane Telematic SystemExperienced in international logistics flowsA proactive team playerA collaborative problem solver with a strong sense of prioritiesGreat accuracy and attention to detailsPreferably an individual with experience in the cross-border transportation fieldKnowledge of the software Gulliver would be a plusWhy work with us?This is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth, and become part of a dynamic team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
