Job Description: The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining network performance by building & change net configurations and connections, troubleshooting L1 & L2 network incident & problems.Key Responsibilities:-Perform maintenance, upgrade, configuration of various networking devices-Provide support in External connection documentation -Create and update internal low level and high-level network infrastructure documents including diagrams -Update network related Disaster Recovery procedures-Secure network system by enforcing ING policies and standards-Maximize network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network and enterprise architects on network optimization.-Reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information-Any other duties as assigned by management-Rotate On call availability (8.00PM to 8.00AM including weekends and bank holidays) Requirements-University degree-+5 years' experience in the same role/position in an international and complex environment-Cisco CCNA certification / CCNP nice to have-Experience gained within financial industry is a plus-Experience on Cisco Systems complex switching (Catalyst and Nexus) and routing environments, Checkpoint firewalls, Palo Alto firewalls, F5 complex load balancing/SSL/VPN solutions, Blue Coat proxy solutions, Cisco Systems ISE, Linux based OS security appliance administration, Paessler PRTG / Nagios-Fluent in both Italian & English (written and spoken)Soft skills-Passion for technology and to expand the knowledge area-Result oriented-Problem solver-Able to act independently-Team player-Excellence in execution-Customer centric-Data fluency-High Cyber Security awareness-Risk sensitiveDuration: permanentLocation: Milan (Hybrid) #J-18808-Ljbffr
