CASSINA DE' PECCHI, Cassina De' Pecchi, Italy Job Title Sr Director & CFO, Southeast Europe Role Overview : As Sr Director & CFO, Southeast Europe , you will be responsible for driving the overall Finance performance of the Operating Unit (OU), ensuring financial targets are achieved, and robust controls environment and accuracy of reporting are maintained. You will report to the Senior Vice President & CFO, EMEA and serve as a member of the EMEA Finance Council and Southeast Europe OU leadership team, being a valuable and important partner for the organization and functional partners
Responsibilities will include: Supervising and developing all finance activities of the Operating Unit, in particular:Planning, Budgeting, ForecastingBusiness Advisory and analyticsInternal ControlsTax and Statutory ComplianceActual reporting & analysisAsset ManagementSupporting M&A activitiesSupporting the business to achieve the resultsOverseeing and directing all financial accounting activities related to accounts payables, accounts receivables, general ledger and cash managementEnsuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting including the coordination and completeness of annual audit reviews and ensuring compliance with all legal and statutory requirementsProviding guidance and advice, related to the management of cash flow, cost controls and expenses for different functions identifying potential financial opportunities and weaknesses and recommending corrective actionsCoordinating Long Range Plan of the Operating Unit and ensuring sound underlying strategic prioritiesLeading and supporting transformation of the finance function of the Operating UnitDefining and facilitating the achievement of goals and key performance indicators for direct reports and ensuring effective implementation of the performance management process in financeNurturing talent within the organization and creating the right leadership culture by providing ongoing feedback, coaching and development opportunities to individuals to enable achievement of their defined goalsUpholds the Otis Absolutes: Safety, Ethics & Quality, at all times in leading by example What You Will Need to be Successful : Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline. A Master's degree is preferredPossess a minimum 10 years of applicable leadership experience in Finance / AccountingSpeak and write excellent English and ItalianStrong presentation and communication style with an ability to influence at an executive levelProven collaboration skills with a passion for building networks across the Operating Units and EMEA Business Insight – Have deep understanding of how organizations make money. Keep up with current and possible future policies, practices and trends in the organization, with the competition, and in the marketplace. Use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions. Drive Results - Have a strong bottom-line orientation.
