Purpose Of The Job Promote, sell and build framework to deliver projects to achieve a divisional target, ensuring project compliance and QHSE regulations and standards are maintained consistently across the division and where possible exceed industry standard and projects governance.
Provide leadership and development for the team of project professionals in the region.
Building relationships with clients and supply partners to deliver projects.
Responsible for strategy in developing pipeline and orderbook.
Support the development and implementation of principal project business strategy.
Support divisional Senior Leadership Team in delivering divisional strategy, whilst also contributing to the overall regional project's leadership business.
Key Responsibilities Build correct resource structure and talent, to achieve business targets.
Delivery of the divisional pipeline to achieve divisional targets.
