La tua nuova azienda Per startup innovativa Fintech in espansione, che sviluppa soluzioni tecnologiche funzionali in particolare al settore della locazione e/o compravendita immobiliare, siamo alla ricerca di un Product Owner.
Il tuo nuovo ruolo In qualità di Product Owner sarai responsabile della piattaforma proprietaria altamente innovativa dell'azienda, portando la vision del prodotto all'interno del team e agendo da intermediario tra il business e le parti tecniche del progetto.
In particolare la risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:
• Alimentare il backlog del prodotto, stilando una "to do list" da seguire al fine di dare priorità alle diverse funzionalità da sviluppare.
• Identificare le esigenze tecnologiche, con annessa valutazione delle soluzioni possibili su cui investire per soddisfarle;
• Monitorare e assicurare che le timeline di progetto e il budget allocato vengano rispettati;
• Scrivere le user stories secondo i requisiti di business e le aspettative del cliente;
• Realizzare user test durante lo sviluppo del progetto per ricevere feedback funzionali ad apporvi eventuali modifiche;
• Coordinare l'implementazione delle tecnologie scelte;
• Definire le politiche di utilizzo dei sistemi informativi.
Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo Il candidato/a ideale ha:
• Maturato almeno 4 anni di esperienza in ruoli similari in aziende ad alto contenuto tecnologico;
• Conoscenza delle infrastrutture, delle tecnologie e dei sistemi IT;
• Competenze in ambito Data Analytics;
• Conoscenza tematiche di Cybersecurity;
• Padronanza dei concetti di Intelligenza Artificiale;
• Conoscenza della metodologia SCRUM.
• Ottime capacità interpersonali, di people, budget e time management.
La conoscenza della Suite Dynamics di Microsoft (CRM, Sales, Campaign etc.) e precedenti esperienze in realtà del settore Fintech o Startup/PMI Innovative sono considerate un plus ai fini della selezione.
