Head of Operations Responsabilità Garantire che le attività collegate all'area della supply chain si svolgano in modo fluido ed efficiente, rispettando standard qualitativi e in base agli obiettivi aziendali.Supervisiona, in collaborazione ai responsabili di funzione, la produzione, l'approvvigionamento delle materie prime, la logistica e le spedizioni. Si occupa inoltre di ottimizzare i processi produttivi e di assicurare la gestione efficiente della catena di fornitura (supply chain).Garantisce, in collaborazione con il responsabile della qualità e di produzione, che i prodotti e i servizi rispettino gli standard di qualità e siano conformi alle normative vigenti.Coordinare e ottimizzare il lavoro dei team operativi, garantendo l'uso efficiente delle risorse materiali, umane e finanziarie in collaborazione con l'area HR e il CFO.Assicurare che i processi siano ottimizzati per ridurre i costi, migliorare la qualità e aumentare l'efficienza, supportando il CFO nella gestione del budget operativo e nel monitoraggio dei costi aziendali per assicurare che le attività rispettino i vincoli finanziari.Verificare il rispetto dei Key Performance Indicators (KPI) e implementare azioni correttive dove necessario.Collabora con l'area IT affinché le infrastrutture informatiche siano conformi alle necessità aziendali.Attività Raccogliere e analizzare dati sulle performance aziendali per identificare inefficienze e opportunità di miglioramento.In collaborazione con il direttore di produzione, sarà responsabile di aggiornare i piani di produzione e logistica in base alla domanda e alle risorse disponibili.Monitorare la supply chain, identificando ritardi o colli di bottiglia e lavorando con eventuali fornitori, la produzione interna e l'area acquisti per migliorare la disponibilità dei materiali.Garantire che le scorte e i materiali siano gestiti correttamente, evitando sprechi o carenze.Monitorare i costi, analizzare le spese e garantire il rispetto del budget operativo.Tenere regolari incontri con i vari reparti per coordinare le attività e risolvere eventuali problemi.Identificare insieme all'area IT software o sistemi tecnologici per migliorare l'efficienza operativa e implementare nuove soluzioni.Supportare lo sviluppo del personale attraverso programmi di formazione mirati e mentoring in collaborazione con l'area HR.Risponderà a: Proprietà/ Direttore generale
