Il **Sales and Account - Business Travel** gestisce i rapporti commerciali con i clienti, acquisiti e potenziali, e contribuisce alla pianificazione e alla realizzazione di attività promozionali volte al raggiungimento di obiettivi di vendita.
**Attività**:
- Azioni di mantenimento e fidelizzazione clienti acquisiti;
- Aggiornamento e gestione del database dei clienti acquisiti e potenziali;
- Analisi e monitoraggio continui di mercato e concorrenti;
- Scambio costante di informazioni con le varie funzioni aziendali;
- Individuazione e condivisione degli obiettivi del cliente nei tempi e modi concordati;
- Identificazione delle azioni correttive da intraprendere per garantire un adeguato livello di servizio;
- Attività di consulenza per consentire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi del cliente;
- Revisione periodica della performance e analisi dell'andamento della spesa dei viaggi del cliente;
- Coinvolgimento in conference call multinational per condividere strategie globali, best practices e accordi multinational;
- Organizzazione di eventi e meeting.
**Requisiti**
- Diploma o Laurea preferibilmente in ambito economico e/o turistico
- Esperienza nel settore Business Travel (anche da Operativo) è un plus
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta.
La conoscenza di altre lingue è considerata un plus.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato
Disponibilità:
- Dal lunedì al venerdì
