We are looking for a PR and Social Account Executive to join our Milan team. Please make sure you submit your CV in English for this role.
Role Overview: As a PR and Social Account Executive, you will channel your determination and enthusiasm into working with a wide range of tech brands. Your role will involve driving innovative integrated communications campaigns, inspiring junior team members, and supporting both press office and social media activities for our clients. You'll dive deep into client campaigns, developing award-winning ideas that captivate diverse audiences and make your clients stand out.
Daily Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of 3-5 clients, overseeing daily account activities, deliverables (with senior oversight), media relations, reporting, and prioritization.Handle social media operations: create editorial plans, basic graphic designs, and video edits for posts and stories, monitor social channels, report on performance, and manage communities.Maintain a results-oriented approach to ensure client satisfaction through high-quality deliverables.Actively engage in teamwork and support your colleagues.Cultivate strong media and influencer relationships, particularly in the tech sector, and continuously work to enhance these connections.Consistently think creatively, providing your clients with new ideas that align with their business objectives and contribute to organic account growth.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, instilling confidence in senior clients while motivating the team.Leveraging your PR and Social Media expertise to enhance Hotwires social media presence, events, and related initiatives.Be proactive in seeking new business and agency opportunities to further develop your profile and expertise within the company.What You'll Bring: 2-3 years of experience in social media and PR campaigns, preferably in the tech or innovation sectors.Proficiency in social media management, including post creation, copywriting, and the use of tools like Facebook Business Manager, Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, or similar. Basic video editing skills and the ability to report on and measure social media performance.Experience in executing digital campaigns.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Strong media, social media, and influencer contacts.Exceptional writing skills and proficiency with key press office tools.Experience working with international clients.The ability to manage priorities, multi-task, think creatively, and solve problems effectively.A genuine interest in technology and digital commerce.A proven track record in client management.A team-oriented attitude, ambition, drive, and motivation.Why Join Us: Freedom and support to be limitless within the businessSmart working since 4 years and after the pandemic.
