For a leading international company in the field of Luxury Design, with the Italian office located in the vibrant Milan, we are seeking a dynamic SENIOR SALES DIRECTOR EUROPE to join the Sales department.

Your role will be highly strategic and you will be accountable for increased sales across all Europe (and more...), reporting directly to the President and CEO of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and provide senior leadership to a diverse sales team.
Responsible for the development of European sales, aligned with overall business strategy, goals, and objectives.
Direct and lead Sales Managers and Sales Agents to achieve increased market share and maximize the attainment of sales goals and objectives.
Ensure that the company is represented with professionalism and integrity as a global, high-performing luxury brand.
Main Requirements:

Strategic mindset and critical thinker with the ability to create, develop, modify, and execute sales business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
Leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to lead and collaborate as a member of the senior leadership team.
Experience of prior leadership in Sales.
Experience working within the Luxury/Design industry and in an international business.
Location:

You will be ideally based at the Milan office, but you will be traveling all over Europe when needed.
