Junior Education & Events Administrative Assistant - Hair care:
JOB MISSION
Education is at the very heart of Davines and we are dedicated to providing exceptional and inspirational education to each client, always in line with the Company' sustainable values.
The mission of this role will be to ensure the correct administration, invoicing and planning of the main International Training and Branding Events, guaranteeing the fluidity of the International Business Partnership (IBP) business unit and promoting efficient processes and communications in and out.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring the correct invoicing and administrative process related to Events and Education as well as supporting directly colleagues with administrative issues.
Correctly and constantly chronicling the costs of the department, making sure of the alignment between the costs and the budget allocated.
Cross functional support within the Business Unit (sales, trade, education and operations).
KPI monitoring and participation in special projects.
Managing and organizing contacts with trainers and stylist in order to guarantee the best fitting with the Education Calendar of the division.
Supporting the department in cross-functional Projects between the company and external Partners such as Professional Academies and Events.
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
Good analytical skills and precise approach.
Flexible, hands-on and practical mindset.
Time management and scheduling competences.
High social and interpersonal communication skills.
Passion for beauty and Hair Care industries with a fast paced environment.
Open-minded and international approach.
Fluent in English is mandatory.
Nice to have a good Spanish knowledge.
