The Role: The Business Manager's role at ALTEN involves establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their project needs, and proposing tailor-made solutions. The Business Manager is also responsible for overseeing the human resources needed to successfully complete projects, by recruiting and managing consultants. Additionally, the Business Manager is responsible for ensuring the profitability of assignments and customer satisfaction.
Recruitment Process: After reviewing your application, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an HR assessment. If your career plan and our ambitions are aligned, your future manager will arrange an interview. Specialists will then challenge your skills and assess your level of expertise. Finally, at the signing of your contract, you'll meet your future manager.
Onboarding Process: As soon as you arrive, you will take part in a thorough introduction coordinated by the organisation, led by your manager. You will also meet other employees and begin to build your professional network in our onboarding sessions hosted by our CEO.
Career Development: As an ALTEN employee, career development is a constant part of our everyday life. Our internal education organization provides development through high-quality education that can help you develop your competence in your chosen direction. Your manager will schedule regular follow-up meetings to ensure that your assignment is running smoothly. An annual career talk is also organised to agree on your professional objectives, draw up a development roadmap, and a training plan.
