Greentalent, recruiter specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di professional e manager nei settori Energy, Engineering e Environment, per primario operatore del mercato elettrico ricerca:Project Leader CaviIl/la candidato/a si occuperà della progettazione e realizzazione delle linee in cavo ed elettrodi degli impianti HVDC/HVAC, garantendo il coordinamento delle attività di ingegneria delle linee in cavo al alta ed altissima tensione, di sorveglianza delle prove in fabbrica e/o laboratorio, delle prove dopo posa in sito incluse le attività di commissioning degli impianti specifiche per i collegamenti in cavo e di monitoraggio avanzamenti di tutte le attività previste nel contratto per la realizzazione dell'opera.Nello specifico, la risorsa si occuperà di:Assicurare il presidio del processo di gestione progetti nelle sue diverse fasi ed il coordinamento tecnico tra tutte le figure coinvolte al fine di garantire il completamento dell'opera con gli standard richiesti, nei tempi e con i costi previsti;Assicurare la pianificazione tecnico economica dei progetti ai fini della definizione del budget e del piano pluriennale;Gestire le risorse interne (team di progetto) ed esterne necessarie alla realizzazione dell'intervento/opera in modo coerente con la pianificazione delle attività;Supportare la pianificazione e l'ottenimento delle disponibilità delle aree di cantiere attraverso le fasi di asservimento ed espropri preliminari all'apertura del cantiere;Assicurare la disponibilità della documentazione tecnica necessaria all'avvio delle gare di appalto dei collegamenti in cavo terrestre e sottomarino HVDC/HVAC;Supervisionare la gestione tecnica ed economica dei contratti, a valle dell'assegnazione delle commesse (forniture/appalti) e cura i rapporti con i fornitori/appaltatori per l'avanzamento commessa;Assicurare le attività di collaudo finale dell'impianto e gli adempimenti necessari all'avvio delle prove di commissioning propedeutiche alla fase di trial fino alla messa in servizio dei collegamenti in cavo.Si richiedono:Laurea specialistica/magistrale in Ing.
Elettrica/Elettrotecnica e/o Ing.
Energetica;Ottima conoscenza lingue Inglese.Completano il profilo abilità nel coordinamento interfunzionale, gestione di team multidisciplinari, capacità decisionale e problem solving operativo.Sede di lavoro: Roma.
