With a total backlog reaching 61 billion*, Webuild is a group guided by the passion for building and the pursuit of excellence, which renewed its commitment to building a sustainable future by applying its know-how to build innovative and valuable works.*Consolidated Financial Results at June 30, 2023Webuild is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join the Internal Audit & Compliance Department, in Rome.ResponsibilitiesThe Compliance Analyst, working with the Compliance team, supports the Compliance Manager in the following activities:development and implementation of compliance programs (anti-corruption, Legislative Decree 231/01, privacy, antitrust, etc.) and execution of related risk assessmentsreview and update compliance policies to ensure they are properly communicated and implementedmonitor compliance of company processes with key controls of ethics and compliance systems. This includes: (i) compiling and reporting compliance KPIs, (ii) monitoring compliance with procedures and company processes through on-site visits or remotely, and (iii) supporting other business functions in adhering to compliance standardsdevelop and deliver training courses and other communication projects on compliancecarry out due diligence on third parties and conduct internal investigations as a result of whistleblowingJob requirements:Master's degree in Economics, Law, or equivalent1-2 years in a similar role within the Compliance function of a multinational company or a leading consulting firm, with responsibilities in relevant areasKnowledge of anti-corruption regulations, Legislative Decree 231/01, and privacyExcellent command of the English languageProficiency in French is an advantage Complete the profile:Solid organizational skills and attention to detailsAbility to communicate professionally and to work with all organizational levels and between different organizationsAbility to work in teamStrong results-oriented approachAbility to work under stress to meet tight deadlinesAvailability to travel abroadWebuild is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
