Abbiamo 6 marchi di proprietà: Salewa, Dynafit, Pomoca, Wild Country, Evolv e LaMunt.
Come rivenditori esclusivi di altri marchi attivi nel settore sportivo, offriamo il nostro intero know-how per quanto riguarda la comunicazione, la vendita e la costruzione della propria immagine.
Siamo un gruppo con piú di 1000 impiegati dislocati in 11 Paesi - un gruppo di avventurieri, sognatori e montanari che pensano sempre alla prossima vetta da raggiungere.

Stiamo cercando un/a Brand Representative per il nostro marchio Under Armour che copre l'area Nord-Est.
**Attivitá e responsabilità**
- Sviluppa e implementa i piani strategici aziendali ed è responsabile della crescita programmata e della profittabilità dell'area assegnata
- Sviluppa una relazione di fiducia con il suo portafoglio clienti
- Approfondisce e cura le esigenze e le richieste dei clienti assegnati
- Assicura un alto livello di qualità nella gestione del cliente attraverso visite periodiche e programmate al fine di raggiungere i target sales definiti
- Supporta il Sales Management nella definizione dei piani strategici e nella preparazione dei go-to-market tools
- Approfondisce e studia i clienti più strategici, al fine di individuare trend di crescita e potenziali di sviluppo sul consumatore finale
- Valorizza i contenuti e i valori di brand da un punto di vista commerciale
- Partecipa all'implementazione della strategia di brand building/positioning e supporta il marketing team
- Controlla l'esecuzione delle attività di trade marketing all'interno degli store di sua competenza
- Crea e sviluppa nuove opportunità di business attraverso l'allargamento dell'offerta delle categorie gestite sui clienti già acquisiti e ricerca di nuove partnership da attivare
- Analizza i dati di sell in/out con approccio di category management
**Profilo**
- 3-5 anni di esperienza lavorativa in una posizione sales all'interno di un'azienda attiva nel settore sporting goods
- Comprensione e interesse per il mondo dello sport
- Livello medio della conoscenza inglese
- Forte orientamento al cliente e conoscenza delle tecniche di vendita, comunicazione e promozione di un brand
- Alta disponibilità alla trasferta
- Conoscenza buona di excel
