Your Tasks
Support our portfolio companies on the following topics within the first Days and beyond:
Data / KPI Analysis of the current operational situation (e.g. Scrap, Efficiency, OEE, Labour, Inventory, Footprint)
Identification of Improvement Opportunities and quantification of potential savings
Development of a turnaround plan together with a team of turnaround experts that contributes directly into the business plan of the portfolio company.
Realization of the turnaround plan

Your Profile
At least 4 years of international experience in a Manufacturing Excellence role with first experience in a consulting environment
Completed university degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or an equal education/study with first experience in financial analysis and controlling
Passionate Lean Manufacturing practitioner with the ambition to supporting and motivating international teams (preferably in turnaround situations)
Willingness to travel (typically Mo-Thu, across Europe)
Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
